The word balance comes from a balance scale. The kind with two small metal dishes on each side; you put what you want to weigh in one dish then keep adding weighs of a known measure to the other dish until they level out. From Latin bi- (two) + lanx (metal dish). There is a Law of Balance. Everything wants to stay in balance. The simplest example is water. Tilt a container of water and the water moves in the container to stay level. You can use the Law of Balance to affect change in your life. Whatever it is you want to be, start acting like that, start being that. At that point, your inner world and outer world are out of balance. Keep being the new you on the inside, and although it will not initially appear so, the outer world will change and must come into balance with what you are being.
For today, I remember that I AM Balanced. I AM That.
