The word health can be applied to many areas of our lives, not just the most obvious of health of the body, for example, mental health, financial health, relationship health. Health principles that apply to one can be applied to the others. Health issues (in all areas) demonstrate a contrast in what you don't want and what you do want. Do whatever you need to do to shift your focus from what you don't want yo what you do want. With a physical health issue such as cancer, people try to fight it. That's focusing on the unwanted, giving energy to dis-ease. Instead focus on the wanted, in this case, health in the body. There is a world of difference. You and Spirit are designed to go towards something, not away. By focusing on health, you relax and your mind becomes open to new possibilities, for example, nutrition, energy, alternative healing modalities, nature, holistic connection to other areas of you life. In each moment of Now, choose what makes you feel the healthiest in that moment, take that one step. Just focus on one healthy step at a time. Repeat.
